After voluntarily leaving, she swore to her employees that they would pay salaries, bonuses, unused vacations ... But of course, these were all fairy tales! She even brazenly does not give people labor, forges all documents. Don't trust her, she's an unprincipled person! And in no case do not come here to work - delays, non-payments, work until 2 am, without weekends and holidays, you will be provided!

Constant delays in salary, constantly having to stay late at work. Moreover, during the interview they will tell you that sometimes you have to linger, but this is an absolute lie. Sometimes you have to stay so long that you leave home after 12 o'clock at night, and you should not even think about any day off the next day. You will definitely need to arrive on time for work the next day, and these delays will not be paid to you in any way. But if you are late for work even for 5 minutes, you will definitely be deducted 1,000 rubles for being late from your salary. And yes, the salary is gray, i.e. officially you will receive the minimum wage, everything else in an envelope. The management, represented by Chernous Natalya Grigorievna, treats all employees as slaves, you will plow for your meager salary like a slave in a galley and you should not even think about any official days off or time off. Vacations are also not paid, of course, they will let you go on vacation for a week, or a maximum of two, but no one will pay you for this. Absolutely disregard attitude, get ready to combine your work duties with many more additional ones that do not apply to you. Constant staff turnover, whether they are office employees or ordinary translators. As a result, the entire labor process suffers, and for those who work, all this piles up with an additional burden of unnecessary problems. Personally, I can say that all the positive reviews about this company were written for a certain fee, so they should not be trusted. But treat the negative ones with all care, and once again think about whether you are ready for such “happiness”, do not waste your precious time and nerves, look for another company for employment. Many employees who left the company have been waiting for their salary for months, and some still haven’t received it, or haven’t received it in full. In general, you can write a whole story about payment for translators, there will be any reasons not to pay, and if there is payment, then it will certainly be delayed. Many translation agencies pay their translators up front, or on short notice, but not in Eclipse. Now the company is in litigation, on claims from former employees, on non-payment wages, vacation and bonus deductions. In addition, the tax authorities will soon come to grips with the company.
