The village of Sangar is the administrative center of the Kobyaysky ulus. Formed in 1926 Located on the right bank of the Lena River. At the foot of the Baatily hill. The majestic hill Baatly hides in its bowels a source of light and heat - coal. According to legend, local hunters found shiny black stones. By appearance they were different from other stones. Is it a stone? They pondered and for the sake of interest they tried on fire. The stone was on fire. Isn't there pure power hidden in him? These mysterious stones frightened and alarmed people. They tried to get around this mountain. The formation of the village of Sangar is directly related to these amazing burning stones. According to the names of the local two mountains, the rocks of the Lower Cretaceous time were named by geologists as deposits of the Eksenyakh and Batylykh suites. These rocks from the time of dinosaurs are stuffed like a puff cake with the "Treasure of the Sun" - layers and layers of coal. In the vicinity and under the village. Sangar and geologists have identified about 30 coal seams. The first information about coal deposits was published by the mining engineer of the Gromov firm L. Lieberman in the newspaper Russkiye Vedomosti in 1913. In 1925, geologist G.A. Ivanov gave a high appraisal to the Sangarsky coal and predicted its great future. In 1927, on the instructions of the Yakut Mining and Technical Office, students visited the Sangar deposit, who took samples of coal. The fact of the development of coal deposits on the Lena River is the beginning of a new page in the history of coastal navigation.

In the spring of 1928, the mining office began organizing an artel for the extraction of Sangar coal. Mining technician Nekipelov was appointed head of the party. An expedition of 36 people landed on the back bank of the Lena. And the first tents and dugouts of the first miners of the future first mining village appeared at the foot of the Sangar-Khai. The pioneers named their village after Mount Sangar-Khaya, which became a witness of their stamina and perseverance.

The Sangarsky coal mine was put into operation in 1928. this was the beginning of the history of the Sangar mine. The village of Sangar is located in such an area where the hills and forests surrounding the eastern side of the village, one after another, are located the lakes Abycha, Alysyrdakh. The street names themselves living history Sangara. Satellite microdistricts are located around Sangar: Aviaport, Geologist, Cheryomushki.

The first buildings were barracks and dugouts. The central street was Kirov Street, where there was a mine warehouse, a power station.

Our mining village. The main backbone of its population is the miners and their families. During the years of the first five-year plans, a dynasty of miners of the Sangarsky mine grew up: this

Alexey Grigorievich Rudykh,

Fedor Grigorievich Aranov,

Khrenov Georgy Petrovich,

Kochnev Petr Dmitrievich

Driller; Dyakonov, Sanochniki; Yegor Ermolaev, Bubnov Yakov Semenovich, Gorbunov Leonty Gerasimovich, Srednykh Pavel Efimovich - became one of the first Honorary Miner, Petr Dmitrievich Duraev - holder of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor "Honorary Polar Explorer". He was the first in Yakutia to be awarded the title of "Honorary Miner of the USSR".

To the miners Kochnev Petr.

Gorbunov Leonty Gerasimovich was awarded the title of "Hero of Socialist Labor".

The settlement lived, developed, were built Kindergarten. School, hospital, food supply. In 1939 For the early completion of construction tasks and for the uninterrupted supply of Glav caravans with coal, the leading workers of the mine were awarded orders, medals and certificates of honor. Among those awarded were Stakhanovites Yegor Butyrin, Nikolai Zakharov.

In 1940 Sangarskaya Primary School was reorganized into a seven-year school with 344 students. After the war, the school became secondary.

The sewing workshop "Krasnaya Zarya" began to work. The first seamstresses were Praskovya Fedorovna Novgorodova, Tatyana Alekseevna Markova.

At the beginning of the Great Patriotic War 803 people lived in Sangar, including 250 miners.

In the early days of July 1941 at the call of the district committee of the party, the people of Sangarsk held Sundays in the mine for construction narrow gauge railway, length 420m. The slogan "Sangar mine is also a fortress" appeared in the newspaper "Stakhanovets Ugol".

Our coal is a bomb on the enemy

Residents of the Sangar village during the war years worked under the motto "In work, as in battle."

During the war, 525.5 thousand tons were mined. In summer, about 200 Finns and people of other nationalities, deported from the Leningrad region, were landed on the shore of the village of Sangar. Repressed from the Leningrad region. The repressed were expelled for special resettlement without specifying a period with restriction of rights and freedoms. They were rehabilitated after 49 years. In June 1942, the biggest tragedy in the history of the village of Sangar happened, when 22 miners died in a gas and dust explosion in mine No. 2. In 1944 there were 7 miners' dormitories in Sangar. There was a rationing system for food and clothing.

In 1944 a department of capital construction was created. Sangarsky mine, subsidiary farm consisted of 23 dairy cows, horses, pigs, sowed potatoes and other vegetables.

After the war years Sangar was successfully built and developed. In 1959, it was given the status of a regional center, and all regional organizations were transferred.

The 70s of the Sangar settlement were marked by the opening of SPTU-9, Lenagazneftegaz Geologiya. In 1968, the district library was opened, in May 1969. a swimming pool was put into operation - the first in permafrost conditions.

The Children's and Youth Sports School began to work, Avtobaza - an auxiliary production workshop.

The nineties were marked by the commissioning of the Orbita television facility.

In 1997 a decision was made to close the Sangarskaya mine, so this production was recognized as unprofitable. This is the sad finale of the 70-year history of the Sangarskaya mine - the firstborn of the coal industry of the republic.

We work for the future

In 2006 it is planned to put the gym into operation. In July of this year, an eight-apartment house for veterans in stone execution should be handed over on a turnkey basis. In the autumn of 2005, the boiler house "UDK" was put into operation.

The priority direction of our work is the revival of the coal industry in the area on the basis of the Sangarsky and Belogorsky coal deposits. With V.V. Tomsky, director of the Sangarsky mining and technical enterprise, we found a solution in acquiring a license for the development and production of coal at the Mironovsky site in the amount of 1.7 million rubles.

We are negotiating with the management of JSC Yakutskenergo on the construction of the Sangarsk CHPP. We acquainted them with the project of a new coal mine. First, we must engage in coal mining for our own needs, and then reach profitability and enter the foreign market.

We carry out daily work on coal. On the next year SGTP will be corporatized and we must turn it into the main, city-forming industrial enterprise of the region. In 2006, squares near the monuments to V.I. Lenina, O.A. Kalvits and A.P. Seiberlin. Playgrounds have been built. Patching will be made on Lenin street with concrete. A metal fence will be installed on this street to the monument to the fallen heroes. Lighting will be installed on three streets.

We are currently working on the development of a new master plan for the village, because the old "general plan" does not meet the new requirements. We also carry out work in connection with housing mortgages in order to build housing in the village for state employees.

The village is located in picturesque places, where it is surrounded by hills and forests, lakes Abycha, Alysyrdakh. Currently, the life of the village is not as active as in Soviet times, during the operation of the mine, but, as the list of institutions in Sangar shows, animal husbandry is developing in it - this is the Kobyai state farm, SUE "Siegen", "Sitte".

In the village, as the list of Sangara organizations informs, there are coal enterprises - State Unitary Enterprise "Mironovsky cut", "Sangarugol", interest in coal mining still remains, only the scale is no longer the same as when the mine existed.

Today, you and I, pineapple, are going to the glorious city of Sangar. Last time we admired the quiet life of the town of Chima, and now - Sangar.
Go!

The settlement arose in 1928 in connection with the discovery and development of a coal deposit. The word Sangar among the Evenks literally means a hole, an opening. The name of the village comes from the name of the mountain at the foot of which it is located.

Views from Sangar to Lena. Space and freedom. I want to live and breathe to the fullest.

In the last century, boat transport was very developed and popular. Photo taken in 1977.

Sangarsky coast today.

Welcome to the future, pineapple!

We teleport immediately to the main square.

In former times, the square also did not look very presentable. Mud, puddles, a crooked path across the front lawn.

Modern exterior of the main square.

District administration building. Snow-covered Ilyich shines through the bushes.

May Day parade of Soviet times. Pika in the side of adherents "And before it was the best!".

Time has passed and nothing has changed. The road to knowledge lies through shit.

Let's get acquainted with the field of education. Pictured is kindergarten.

It looks like a school. In the process of repainting in branded white and burgundy colors.

At one time there was a gymnasium for the Ilita and the children of sane parents in general. Now it has ceased to exist.

And this is the Department of Education. From here they run a kindergarten and a school. The gymnasium, as we remember, has already rested.

Under the porch, a strategic supply of secondary education furniture lurked.

Judging by the number of bars on the windows, this is Sberbank. But we can be wrong.

Sangar streets in summer.

Cafe "Akhtamor". Table reservation by phone 2-13-05.

If ancient people were here, Akhtamor would have seemed like a fabulously luxurious place for them. It's like the photo below.

Shop "Birch". Food, water, inexpensive pleasures.

And here they make sure that there are not too many pleasures.

Knowledge repository. Judging by the knapsack, another oldfag and connoisseur of life will soon enter the Internet.

Let's move on to the cultural program. Due to lack of time and materials, you will have to limit yourself to visiting memorable places.

Here lived suddenly died Hero Soviet Union Alexander Pavlovich Zeiberlin.
He was born in Tsaritsyn (Stalingrad-Volgograd), but it is not known whether there is a monument to him there.

Once a year, young people and the elderly are driven to the monument. Well, this growing beauty, second from the left.
They are here for a great purpose. Read poetry on paper.

A commemorative photograph against the background of crooked steam heating pipes.
Motherland remembers!

The second monument is thematically related to the first. It was erected in honor of the fallen miners.
The Hero of the Soviet Union worked here as a miner after the war.

Let's see what's left of the mine.

There is little left. The mine is not working.

At one time, new white brick buildings were built, but ... it does not look like anyone used them.
So there were empty boxes.

Utility rooms and equipment "mothballed" until better times.

AT best genres X-Files parts of the forest are surrounded by barbed wire with incomprehensible warning inscriptions.
It says: "PLAST MYSTERY MAN WALKER #10"

Nearby are the remains of a military unit.

It used to be here. Enemies everywhere! We need more radars!

Sangar, by the way, is an attractive place for those who decide to crash their plane here.

The first documented crash happened here in 1930. Since then, in the Sangar forests, someone regularly falls to smithereens.

The wreckage is just lying around in the forest.

Or on the hills. Who's lucky.

The last incident happened in 2005. It is not known whether anyone else is flying there, or there are no more accidents, because the planes have ended.

A monument was erected in honor of the pilot who opened the sad series of accidents.

Kalvits Otto Arturovich. But in real life he did not look like in stone.

A memorial sign has been erected at the site closest to the crash site.

And now, having seen enough of the pictures of the crashes, it's time to go to the Sangara airport.
Here is a picture of the airport building. Yes Yes. And it's not even a joke.
Departure soon.

True, it was an old airport building. The new one is suspiciously similar to the legendary Akhtamor.

If you come at night, you can see a Christmas tree in front of the building.

From here we will go to another wonderful place.
