The biggest desire in life. How wish lists work. Examples of goals in a person's life

A few years ago, somewhere on the World Wide Web, I came across an interesting technique for fulfilling desires. There is nothing new and incomprehensible in it, everything is simple and easy, and most importantly - it works! So, get acquainted: magical wish list. What is this technique?

So, desires are written down. What's next? And then everything is even simpler: you need to re-read the resulting list every day. As soon as any desire is fulfilled, you need to rewrite the list again, and instead of the fulfilled desire, write a new one. And again, daily re-read the now new list.

It is best to have a separate notebook or notebook for the magical wish list, because the list will change regularly and will need to be rewritten.

There is one more condition for the magic list to work: you cannot tell anyone about the wish list until 10 wishes have been fulfilled.

I don't know where this limitation about 10 wishes came from, but since it was in this technique from the very beginning, I can't rule it out. In general, I think that the wish list is something very personal, it has a special energy, and, probably, that is why it is better not to show the list to anyone, just like, for example, especially if you are not sure that the person will correctly understand and support what you do. So you better keep yours magical wish list in secret, just in case.

This technique has been tested by me many times and I can say that desires do come true, even those that seemed unlikely to come true, for example, buying an apartment, and even in the very entrance in which I most wanted to. But this is a separate amazing story, a post on this topic will be a little later.

As you can see, everything is simple. Desires are correctly formulated and written down, they are written down, and not kept in the head. or desire is very important! Daily rereading of desires reminds us and the Universe of what we want, and is also an action. The presence of action plays an important role: for the fulfillment of desires, one cannot lie on the couch and just dream, one must do something, at least something, in this case at least reread the list. In addition, in this way, desires are, as it were, imprinted in the subconscious, and we begin to notice around the possibility for their fulfillment.

This concludes the story of magical wish list, and you take a notebook, a pen and write your magical list of 10 wishes, let them begin to come true :)

The technique of "100 wishes" is known to many! Using my example, I want to tell you how it works, what to write about and how to do it simply, easily and with benefit for yourself!

Little children dream a lot, they want everything at once, and these are not always material and difficult to fulfill desires! The important thing is that they allow themselves to dream and do not hesitate to tell everyone about it! I remember that I wanted to learn to fly and practiced hard jumping from the couch, and in a second flight waving my arms, then I wanted to swim on a closet in an apartment filled with water (unfortunately then, fortunately now, I never succeeded), my classmates dreamed of learning how to stop time and read minds and much more!

But now we are no longer children and not everyone can dream, and so globally, having swung at as many as 100 desires! I suggest trying!

What are we doing?
We'll need time! It is advisable to complete this exercise within one day, spending a maximum of 24 hours on it! But at the maximum concentration, this can be done within 2-3 hours. Find such a period of time (besides, tomorrow is a day off) that you will dedicate only to your beloved (beloved)! Let no one distract you, this also applies to gadgets! Your favorite music, tea / coffee and goodies will help create the right mood!

I advise you to take a notebook and a pen, A4 sheets, pencils, felt-tip pens, and possibly paints are more suitable for very creative natures!

Let's get started!

The most important thing is to answer the question: "What do I really want?". Before you is an interesting life full of surprises, surprises, discoveries and changes, how do you want to live it? Just write everything that comes to mind, everything you want to achieve, fulfill, receive, learn, discover.
The process should be easy and dynamic, do not stretch the task!

Rules of the game:

  1. Be realistic. Of course, I also want to fly to Mars, but the number of seats on the ship is limited and they have all been bought out a long time ago!

  2. Let your desires not contradict each other!

  3. Fulfillment of desires should depend on you and your actions and be a part of your life, and not your soulmate or Uncle Vasya's neighbor!

  4. You need to write NOT LESS than 100 wishes! But more is possible!

  5. In 100 wishes, you don’t need to write down what you already need to do, for example, “finish school” or “pay off your mortgage”, you don’t need to demotivate yourself, desires should inspire and give rise to positive emotions

  6. You should not write the same desires, such as "Visit America", "Visit Australia", "Visit England". You can simply write "Travel!", do not finish your list in this way to 100, try to expand the boundaries of thoughts better!

  7. Let your desires be boring and a little bold, otherwise there will not be enough motivation to fulfill them!

I did this exercise 2 years ago! Like many who decide on such an experiment, I wrote down the first ten desires in one breath, I also quickly included the second and third in the list, but then ... And then it became difficult, a stupor set in. I'm sure you'll run into this problem too! I hasten to help you with a few tips:

  • Write down your desires by answering additional questions: What do I want to have?/ What do I want to know?/What do I want to do every day?/What do I want to do at least once in my life?

  • Look at life in its entirety, what you want to see and want new in relationships, creativity, work, hobbies, family, sports and everything that exists and even beyond the existing

  • Give up on the quality of desires and get out of your head dreams that have long been dusty, "written off as unrealizable" (as practice has shown, they become the most valuable desires on the list).

This stupor is the most important moment in the exercise! As soon as you cross this line, even 200 wishes to write will seem like a simple task to you!

As soon as the list is ready, I suggest that you put one of the letters in front of each desire: A, B or C
I made up a division for myself!
Group A wishes- these are the ones you are waiting for the execution of in the first place!
Group B wishes- those that are feasible but can wait
Group C wishes- these are those that at least once in my life I wanted to implement (the most cool, crazy ones will get there)

When the list is ready, you can add and transform it by making an additional collage of photos and pictures of your desires! and you can add your wish-list to your phone! Most importantly, do not forget to return to it: in a month, three, six months or a year! Believe me, it's so cool to cross out what has come true and come to life or put a tick for example!
Do not forget to update the list, may it always have a golden hundred!

I want to add: It is necessary to decide on an experiment!
Firstly, "Wanting is not harmful, it is harmful not to want" - allow yourself to dream, it always inspires!
Secondly, I have 33 WISHES come true in 2 years! And each new one adds a new portion of happiness!
So, for example, I dreamed of attending the performance of Grishkovets, I thought that this would happen in Moscow or St. Petersburg, but last year, for the first time, he included the city of Naberezhnye Chelny in the list of cities for tours, is this not a miracle! Of course I couldn't miss this chance! Or you wanted to visit a zoo (large, unusual) - your wish came true in Prague, one of the best zoos in Europe! I also wanted to play football on elephants, but in January of this year I did something more: I played basketball with one elephant, and danced reggaeton with another, and the third spanked me! In my opinion, this is cooler, although I did not cross out my regret!

Thirdly, your life will be filled with vivid emotions! After all, when we can clearly formulate and wish something, we send a request to the Universe, and it will answer with the fulfillment of your desire! Necessarily!

P.s. I am attaching photos of other wishes that have come true over the past 2 years and a small list (selection) of those who are still waiting for their finest hour! And you write about your successes, I'm interested!

My dreams:

  • Dance with your loved one at the Ball

  • Take part in archaeological excavations

  • Try a new sport once a year

  • Visit China under 30

  • Fly on a paraglider

  • Try all the cuisines of the world

  • Definitely a cat!

  • See the Brazilian Carnival

  • write your book

  • Take part in an Indian ritual

  • Become an honorary citizen of the city

  • Overcome fear and ride the roller coaster! and many many others!

What has already been fulfilled and brings happiness!

But I did not stop there, and for a year I was still writing interesting ideas. As a result, there were 170 wishes for realization.

And now a year has passed, and I looked at my wish list to note the progress. And what did I see?! Part of what I wrote down a year ago seemed completely uninteresting. I looked at the list and thought - is it really me who made it up ?!

I saw with my own eyes that I myself had changed, my values and needs for Last year. What she wanted to fill her life with just a year ago, now in many moments was in doubt.

Do I really want to be able to drive a motorcycle?
Is it really important for me to be the owner of the island?
Do I really want to walk in the clothes of famous fashion designers?

I revised the list and deleted about 20% - what I no longer want to do and have in my life. Much remains, but something has already happened in my life this year.

100 wishes ... "How many!" - someone will say. And someone will not be able to stop, so as not to continue further. We are all so different and unique. And we all need to be willing. Yes, so wish that it was light, sparkling and sincere in the soul. "What for?" - You ask. And I'll tell you - to be able to wish, to be able to dream - it means to be able to live the way you want. Live as your imagination draws. Someone will now smile and wave his hand, not believing that in this way we program our life, so to speak, dot our life path to make it easier to navigate. Let's use examples to make it clearer and clearer. Here you are, you want an apartment that is spacious, bright and that there is enough space for everyone. You dream about it, here, of course, it would be necessary to make a reservation that it is necessary to dream correctly. And I am pleased to invite you to mine, where I will tell you in detail about how to make wishes so that they come true. And now let's talk superficially, without details. So we dream about an apartment, think about it, maybe even visualize it sometimes. So what? And the fact that our thoughts are bright, we even sometimes begin to see signs that bring us closer to our dream. We allow the thought that we can live in such an apartment, and even better deserve it. And here on the way there are opportunities and new horizons. And now let's look at it from the other side, somewhere inside you may be dreaming of a new apartment, but your thoughts are - “Oh, what an apartment, now there is a crisis”, “I won’t pull that much”, “maybe in five years”. This is what I threw off. And with these thoughts you live. Our thoughts shape our life. Our desires determine our future.

100 wish list

Now back to our 100 wish list. I am 100 (how interesting, this figure flashes everywhere) percent sure that each of us needs such a list! Right now, take a pen and make your list of 100 wishes. At first it will be difficult to come up with more than 10. But don't quit right away, sit down and think. Release yourself! Allow yourself more than usual. Go beyond. Try it. In the meantime, I will tell you what advantages and pluses you will get by creating such a list. Compiling this not a small list of desires, you will slowly begin to distinguish your desires from strangers, imposed from the outside, imposed by society, family. For example, a beautiful, new car from the salon. Or maybe you don’t need it at all, maybe you are quite satisfied with yours, which serves you faithfully. And you, for example, with all your heart want to attend a concert of your favorite artist or learn to knit, or want to buy a sewing machine. What do I want to say? 100 wishes is just the amount that will allow you to delve deeper and deeper into yourself and your thoughts and determine your true desires. Find your "I", know yourself. What else is good, namely the wish list? When you wrote down, you freed your head from this information, wrote it down and let it go. Stop obsessing - this is very important.

The easier you treat desires, the easier and faster they come true. Another plus is that when you yourself know exactly what you want, it is easier for your loved ones to please you, and maybe even fulfill your dream. And if you yourself don’t know what you want, then don’t give anything, it will still not be what you want. Because the mess is in my head, there is no specifics, there is no wish list. And for those who find it difficult to dream and wish, the doctor himself prescribed - to make a list of 100 wishes! You will begin to disperse this stagnant energy. Launch this pleasant wave.
The energy of desires will allow you to spread your wings, will allow you to take a deep breath. Gets you out of the rut! Desire is an incentive to move forward. If you want something, then you live, then you move. And sooner or later you will get where you want to go.

We make a list of our desires

Now let's talk about how to make this list. "100 wishes" - you say, - "Yes, it's easy!". For those who feel that after forty or thirty desires everything is emptiness, stupor, no desires. I offer a couple of options. First, you can break your life into several areas, such as health, career, relationships, education, self-improvement, family, leisure. And depending on how many spheres you choose, write down an equal number of desires in each sphere. Choose those areas that are important and necessary for you. Second - you can take as a basis, for example, such questions - what do I want to PURCHASE! What do I want to LEARN? What do I want to DO? What do I want to TRY? What do I want to CHANGE? And in each group, make 20 wishes. I highly recommend doing this list in one go. So you will definitely get everything that your soul wants. Everything that you eventually dig deep inside yourself. Give yourself an hour or two of free time so that no one distracts you. Get comfortable and embark on this exciting journey. Try to relax and dream like we dreamed as children. Regardless of all kinds of circumstances and conditions. In the process of writing down your desires, do not think, do not analyze them. Just write down whatever comes to mind! I assure you, if something has arisen in your head, there are forces and opportunities for it!

And it is better to make a list on paper. Do not type on a computer or phone. Write with your own hand on paper. You know, paper, a conductor of energy. And she will continue to help. Some may want to buy a nice new notebook. I'm all for it, with both hands. This will give Have a good mood And again same positive energy. And you can also add a little magic. Look online for the next new moon. And plan for these days of writing your list of 100 desires. The energy of the new moon is powerful and great for starting something new, and even if you have already written such a list before, on the new moon you can go over the existing one and make adjustments. This is of course as an addition, rather than as required condition. The main thing here is the attitude and desire to act. It is possible on a simple white sheet of paper and it is not necessary to wait for some special days.

Now you have everything to start the path to your dreams.

Act, dare, be bold.

Let the universe know about your desires.
