Order
admission to the first classes of institutions of general secondary education
The Department of Education of the Oshmyany District Executive Committee informs that since 2018/2019 school year acceptance of documents in the I classes of institutions of general secondary education (hereinafter referred to as UOSO) will be carried out with June 12 to August 28.
Please note that the admission of documents to the 1st grade of the UOSO is carried out in accordance with paragraphs 1, 2 of Article 159 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Education (hereinafter referred to as the Code), Article 270 of the Code.
Admission of a person to receive general secondary education is carried out on the basis of his application upon presentation of a birth certificate or identity document, and a medical certificate on the state of health. On behalf of a minor, an application may be submitted by his legal representative.
Admission of persons with special needs of psychophysical development to educational institutions for mastering the content of educational programs special education is carried out on the basis of the conclusion of the state center for correctional and developmental education and rehabilitation and in the manner established for the admission of persons to educational institutions for the development of educational programs of general secondary education.
Persons who turn six or more years old on September 1 of the corresponding academic year are admitted to class I. At the request of one of the legal representatives of the child, a person who turns six years old in the period from September 1 to September 30 of the corresponding academic year is allowed to be admitted to class I.
First of all, children living in the microdistrict of this UOSO are accepted into the I classes of the UOSO. If there are vacant places in the USO, children living in other microdistricts can be accepted.
Applications from parents (legal representatives) of children living in the UOSO microdistrict, together with other documents established by Articles 159 and 270 of the Code, are accepted in accordance with the approved schedule by persons designated as responsible for receiving documents.
Acceptance of documents established by Articles 159 and 270 of the Code from parents (legal representatives) of children for enrollment in the I class of the UOSO for vacant places is carried out in the order of application submission.
