Increased electromagnetic radiation. Electromagnetic radiation and your health. And nothing has changed…

The human body has its own electromagnetic field, like any organism on earth, thanks to which all the cells of the body work harmoniously. Human electromagnetic radiation is also called the biofield (its visible part is the aura). Do not forget that this field is the main protective shell of our body from any negative influence. Destroying it, the organs and systems of our body become easy prey for any disease-causing factors.

If other sources of radiation, much more powerful than the radiation of our body, begin to act on our electromagnetic field, then chaos begins in the body. This leads to a drastic deterioration in health.

And such sources can be not only household appliances, mobile phones and transport. A large crowd of people, the mood of a person and his attitude towards us, geopathic zones on the planet, have a significant impact on us. magnetic storms etc.

Among scientists, there are still disputes about the dangers of electromagnetic radiation. Some say that it is dangerous, others, on the contrary, do not see any harm. I would like to clarify.
Dangerous not themselves electromagnetic waves, without which indeed no device could work, but their information component, which cannot be detected by conventional oscilloscopes.

It has been experimentally established that electromagnetic radiations have a torsion (information) component. According to the studies of specialists from France, Russia, Ukraine and Switzerland, it is torsion fields, and not electromagnetic ones, that are the main factor in the negative impact on human health. Since it is the torsion field that transmits to a person all that negative information, from which headaches, irritations, insomnia, etc. begin.

Weak electromagnetic fields (EMF) with a power of hundredths and even thousandths of a watt of high frequency are dangerous for humans because the intensity of such fields coincides with the intensity of the radiation of the human body during the normal functioning of all systems and organs in his body. As a result of this interaction, a person's own field is distorted, provoking the development of various diseases, mainly in the most weakened parts of the body.

The most negative property of electromagnetic signals is that they tend to accumulate over time in the body. In people who, by occupation, use a lot of various office equipment - computers, telephones (including mobile phones) - a decrease in immunity, frequent stress, a decrease in sexual activity, and increased fatigue were found. And that is not all Negative influence electromagnetic radiation!

Sources of negative radiation:

  • Geopathic zones
  • Sociopathogenic radiation: the influence of people on each other
  • Mobile communications and cell phones
  • Computers and laptops
  • Television
  • Microwaves (microwave oven)
  • Transport
  • Psychotronic weapons

The problem is that the danger is invisible and intangible, and begins to manifest itself only in the form of various diseases.

The most affected by electromagnetic fields are the circulatory system, brain, eyes, immune and reproductive systems.

The imperceptible influence of electromagnetic radiation every day and every minute is on our eyes and brain, gastrointestinal tract and genitourinary system, blood-forming organs and immune system. Someone will say: "So what?"

Similar changes appear in a 16-year-old teenager after half an hour, in an adult - after 2 hours of work at the monitor.

Effect of electromagnetic radiation on the nervous system:

The level of electromagnetic radiation, even without causing thermal effects, can affect the most important functional systems of the body. Most experts consider the nervous system to be the most vulnerable of them. The mechanism of action is very simple - it has been established that electromagnetic fields disrupt the permeability cell membranes for calcium ions. As a result, the nervous system begins to malfunction. In addition, an alternating electromagnetic field induces weak currents in electrolytes, which are the liquid constituents of tissues. The range of deviations caused by these processes is very wide - during the experiments, changes in the EEG of the brain, a slowdown in reaction, memory impairment, depressive manifestations, etc. were recorded.

Effect of EMR on the immune system:

The immune system is also affected. Experimental studies In this direction, they showed that in animals irradiated with EMF, the nature of the infectious process changes - the course of the infectious process is aggravated. There are grounds for believing that exposure to EMP the processes of immunogenesis are disturbed, more often in the direction of their suppression. This process is associated with the emergence of autoimmunity. In accordance with this concept, the basis of all autoimmune conditions is primarily immunodeficiency in the thymus-dependent cell population of lymphocytes. The effect of high-intensity EMF on the body's immune system is manifested in a depressing effect on the T-system of cellular immunity.

The endocrine system is also a target for EMR. Studies have shown that under the action of EMF, as a rule, stimulation of the pituitary-adrenal system occurred, which was accompanied by an increase in the content of adrenaline in the blood, activation of blood coagulation processes. It was recognized that one of the systems that early and naturally involves the body's response to various environmental factors is the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal cortex system.

Effect of electromagnetic radiation on the cardiovascular system:

You can also note the violations of the cardiovascular system. It manifests itself in the form of lability of the pulse and blood pressure. Phase changes in the composition of peripheral blood are noted.

The influence of electromagnetic radiation on the reproductive system:

  1. There is a suppression of spermakinesis, an increase in the birth rate of girls, an increase in the number of congenital malformations and deformities. The ovaries are more sensitive to the influence of electromagnetic radiation.
  2. The female genital area is more susceptible to the effects of electromagnetic fields generated by computers and other office and household appliances than the male.
  3. Vessels of the head, thyroid gland, liver, genital area are critical zones of influence. These are only the main and most obvious consequences of EMP exposure. The picture of the real impact on each individual is very individual. But to one degree or another, these systems are affected by all users of household appliances at different times.

The influence of EMR in photographs of the human biofield:

You can find out how these pictures were taken.

The human biofield is in a normal state.

We live on a planet that constantly (24 hours, 7 days a week) has various kinds of influences on us. Electromagnetic radiation, the effect on humans of which has increased in last years, is one of the main factors determining not only our way of life, but also our state of health. Let's consider how exactly the effect of electromagnetic radiation on a person occurs, and what consequences are caused by it.

Sources of electromagnetic radiation

On our planet, there is a natural radiation background (PRF) in the form of an endless stream of high-energy particles, in which there is living matter. The PRF consists of cosmic radiation (about 16%), gamma radiation of the Earth (almost 22%), radiation of living organisms (within 20%), and radiation of thoron and radon (42%).

PRF is ionizing radiation, the energy of whose particles, when absorbed by a cell of the body, is capable of inducing decomposition or excitation of substances into molecular level. Within 1 hour, an average of 200 million - 6 billion such transformations occur in living cells. It turns out that all organisms of the Earth in every second, from the moment of conception to death, fall under the influence of electromagnetic radiation of natural origin.

Developing, people began to use electromagnetic energy for their own purposes. So, humanity has created an electromagnetic field (EMF) of artificial origin. But in the short period of its existence, it already significantly exceeds the level of the PRF. World energy resources are doubling almost every 10 years, which also affects the growth of EMF.

The greatest impact of electromagnetic radiation on the health of humans and other animal organisms occurs in man-made radio-frequency electromagnetic fields and low-frequency fields. So, in the localization of substations and overhead lines of ultra-high voltage, the strength of the industrial magnetic field is higher than the natural level of the planet's magnetic fields by an average of 2-3 orders of magnitude.

With the development of artificial EMF due to the use of radio transmitting means of communication (including mobile phones, televisions, radios, computers, etc.), the phenomenon of electromagnetic pollution, or "smog", arose. Low-frequency non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation (up to 1000 Hz) is generated by electric transport, numerous transmission lines and cable routes. Some WHO experts believe that today the level of EM pollution of the planet is equal to its chemical pollution.

One of the strongest effects of electromagnetic radiation on a person in cities is the centers of radio and television transmissions, which radiate around them. ultrashort waves high frequency. The strong influence of electromagnetic waves on the human body from household electrical equipment has long been noted. For comparison: when a person dries his hair with a hair dryer, the device that influences him produces magnetic induction within 2000 µT, while the natural EM background of the Earth does not exceed 30-60 µT. Mobile phones, of which some people have several, emit decimeter waves of great penetrating power. Microwave ovens use microwave energy to cook and heat food.

Interaction of EMF with the human body

To date, in the course of a mass of studies, the impact of electromagnetic fields on humans, which have arisen by anthropogenic means, has been reliably established. Technogenic EMFs carry streams of different lengths and frequencies, adverse resonant phenomena, microwave radiation, from which the human body has not yet developed protection.

Regular exposure to an electromagnetic field of artificial origin can affect people's performance, ability to remember, attention, and lead to many diseases of various organ systems. Anthropogenic magnetic background significantly increases the likelihood of developing cardiovascular and endocrine diseases, malignant tumors, immunodeficiency, erectile dysfunction in men.

But if the strong effect of electromagnetic fields on the human body has been sufficiently studied, then the influence of weak effects in many respects still remains a mystery. It is assumed that it is weak effects that have an indirect effect in the form of carcinogenic and genetic effects.

Consider how electromagnetic fields of low and high frequencies affect the human body.

Effects of low frequency EMF on the human body

The impact of a low-frequency electromagnetic field on a person occurs in such a way that the latter plays the role of a conductor. EMF low frequency provokes the occurrence of current in the body. Since electromagnetic waves in this case have a length many times greater than the size of a person, they have an effect on the entire body. Our tissues and organs have a different structure from each other, that is, they have different electrical properties. Because of this, human exposure to low frequency EMF will differ depending on different parts body. The most sensitive to low-frequency radiation are the structures nervous system.

The influence of electromagnetic radiation on the human body is manifested in a slight increase in the temperature of tissues that are in direct contact with low-frequency waves. The effects of low-frequency wave radiation on an increase in the production of hormones of the pituitary gland and adrenal cortex were studied, which in most cases leads to the activation of elements of the reproductive system.

Researchers have established a certain relationship between the development of oncological formations and the influence of an electromagnetic field on the human body, but these results require additional analyzes and repetitions. To date, the role of low-frequency EMF in the occurrence of leukemia and brain cancer in people of different ages who are regularly exposed to radiation has been precisely determined.

Ultra-low-frequency electromagnetic radiation is also dangerous for the human body. They can have the same effect on the human electromagnetic field as radiation.

How do high frequency electromagnetic fields affect a person?

The reaction of the body to high-frequency radiation (unlike low-frequency EMF) is manifested in the heating of tissues directly exposed to radiation. Moreover, the thermal reaction increases in proportion to the increase in the EMF frequency. Unlike low-frequency current, high-frequency current does not lead to excitation of nerve and muscle cells.

The influence of electromagnetic fields on a person can occur both locally (on certain parts of the body) and on the whole organism. It depends on whether the action of electromagnetic radiation on the human body occurs in full or in part, and also on the wavelength.

The energy of microwave radiation is most of all absorbed by the aquatic environments of the body. These waves almost do not interact with the skin and adipose tissue, but have an effect on muscle fibers and internal organs. Now the effects of low-intensity microwave radiation on the central nervous system of people are being studied in detail. It was found that it has a cardiotropic effect on the body.

Special attention should be paid to the impact of microwave radiation on human health. The largest share in microwave pollution is assigned to radio stations and those objects that generate electromagnetic radiation in the microwave range. Workers at such stations systematically experience migraines, malaise, lethargy, memory problems, etc.

Depending on the nature of exposure and the magnitude of the dose, microwave damage is usually divided into acute and chronic. Acute lesions are characterized by a thermogenic effect and short-term exposure to radiation. In chronic damage, microwaves affect the human body for a long time. The scary thing is that the effect of electromagnetic radiation on the human body in this case manifests itself remotely, and therefore it is extremely difficult to identify its effects.

Numerous studies have established the high sensitivity of certain organs and tissues to the influence of EMF, namely:

  • central nervous system (overexcitation of nerve cells);
  • organs of vision;
  • gonads (impotence develops in men, testosterone production decreases, and women may experience miscarriages, toxicosis during pregnancy, pathologies in the intrauterine development of the fetus);
  • organs of the cardiovascular system (myocardial dystrophy, coronary insufficiency, etc.);
  • endocrine glands;
  • immune system (with chronic exposure, leukopenia may develop).

The influence of the electromagnetic field on human health is manifested in the reactions of three types on the part of the latter: excitation, heating and cooperation. Much has been devoted to the first two. scientific works, the third is still poorly understood.

Mechanism of EMR influence

The human body, like any organism on Earth, has its own electromagnetic field, thanks to which all systems, organs and cells of the body work harmoniously. Human electromagnetic radiation is also called a biofield. The visual representation of the biofield, which some people see, and which can be built by a computer with the help of special devices, is also called an aura.

This field is the main protective shell of our body from the influence of external electromagnetic fields. When it is destroyed, the organs and systems of our body become easy prey for any disease-causing factors.

If other sources of radiation, much more powerful than the radiation of our body, act on our natural electromagnetic field, then it is distorted or even begins to collapse. And chaos begins in the body. This leads to disruption of the work of various organs and systems - diseases.

That is, for any person it is obvious that, for example, a buzzing transformer box or a powerful electric generator are dangerous, because they create a strong electromagnetic field around them. Safety time and distance standards have been calculated for workers when they are near such devices. But here's what is NOT obvious to most people:

The same effect of destruction of the biofield occurs when exposed to weak electromagnetic radiation, if the body is under their influence regularly and for long periods of time.

That is, the sources of danger are the most common household appliances that surround us every day. Things without which we can no longer imagine our lives: household appliances, computers, laptops, mobile phones, transport and other attributes of modern civilization.

In addition, a large crowd of people, the mood of a person and his attitude towards us, geopathogenic zones on the planet, magnetic storms, etc. have a significant impact on us. (for more details see page ).

Among scientists, there are still disputes about the dangers of electromagnetic radiation. Some say that it is dangerous, others, on the contrary, do not see any harm. I would like to clarify.

The most dangerous is not the electromagnetic waves themselves, without which no device could really work, but their information component, which cannot be detected by conventional oscilloscopes.

It has been experimentally established that electromagnetic radiations have a torsion (information) component. According to the studies of specialists from France, Russia, Ukraine and Switzerland, it is torsion fields, and not electromagnetic ones, that are the main factor in the negative impact on human health. Since it is the torsion field that transmits to a person all that negative information, from which headaches, irritations, insomnia, etc. begin.

How strong is the impact of the technology around us? We offer several videos for viewing:

Of course, this is not all dangerous items which we use daily. More information about radiation sources can be found on the page:

In people who, by occupation, use a lot of various equipment - computers, telephones - a decrease in immunity, frequent stress, a decrease in sexual activity, and increased fatigue were found.

And if we take into account the development of wireless technologies and the miniaturization of gadgets that allow us not to part with them around the clock... Today, almost every resident of the metropolis, who is somehow exposed to mobile and Wi-Fi networks, power lines, electric transport, etc., is at risk around the clock. .

The problem is that the danger is invisible and intangible, and begins to manifest itself only in the form of various diseases. At the same time, the cause of these diseases remains outside the field of view of medicine. With rare exceptions. And while you are healing the symptoms with the achievements of modern medicine, our invisible enemy stubbornly continues to undermine your health.

The most affected by electromagnetic fields are the circulatory system, brain, eyes, immune and reproductive systems. Someone will say: “So what? Surely this impact is not so strong - otherwise international organizations would have sounded the alarm long ago.

Effect of electromagnetic radiation on pregnant women and children:

The children's organism has some peculiarities in comparison with an adult, for example, it has a large ratio of the length of the head and the body, and a greater conductivity of the medulla.

Due to the smaller size and volume of the head of a child, the specific absorbed power is greater than that of an adult, and the radiation penetrates deeper into those parts of the brain that, as a rule, are not irradiated in adults. With the growth of the head and the thickening of the bones of the skull, the content of water and ions decreases, and hence the conductivity.

It has been proven that growing and developing tissues are most susceptible to the adverse effects of an electromagnetic field, and active human growth occurs from the moment of conception until about 16 years of age.

Pregnant women also fall into this risk group, since EMF is biologically active in relation to embryos. When a pregnant woman talks on a cell phone, virtually her entire body is exposed to EMF, including the developing fetus.

The sensitivity of the embryo to damaging factors is much higher than the sensitivity of the maternal organism. It has been established that intrauterine damage to the fetus by EMF can occur at any stage of its development: during fertilization, crushing, implantation, organogenesis. However, the periods of maximum EMF sensitivity are the early stages of embryonic development—implantation and early organogenesis.

Data:

At the Neurodiagnostic scientific institute in Spain in 2001 found that in 11-13-year-old children who talked on a cell phone for two minutes, the change in the bioelectrical activity of the brain persists for another two hours after they hang up.

The University of Bristol in the UK ended a study last year showing a significant increase in reaction time in 10- to 11-year-old children who used mobile phone GSM standard. Similar results were obtained by the Finns at the University of Turku, who observed a group of children 10-14 years old.

In the USSR, until the 90s, a large number of research biological action EMF on the developing organism of animals.

It has been established that even low EMF intensities affect the embryonic development of offspring. The offspring of irradiated animals are less viable, there are developmental anomalies, deformities, lag in weight, dysfunction of the higher parts of the central nervous system (slow production and reduced ability to maintain defensive and motor-food conditioned reflexes), a shift in the pace of postnatal development.

EMF-irradiated adult animals are characterized by a decrease in the number of offspring, changes in the genital organs of females, disturbances in the development of the fetus, a decrease in the percentage of interbreeding, and statistically more frequently observed cases of stillbirth.

A study of the effect of EMF on the offspring of rats exposed to electromagnetic effects in parameters similar to what a human embryo receives when its mother talks on a cell phone showed that, compared with the control, the embryonic mortality of the offspring is statistically significantly increased, the mass of the thymus gland is reduced, and the number of developmental anomalies is increased internal organs, for the first 4 weeks of the postnatal period, the mortality of the offspring of rats of all experimental groups was 2.5-3 times higher than in the control, and body weight was lower. The development of rat pups also went worse: the formation of sensory-motor reflexes, the timing of the cutting of incisors lagged behind, in female rat pups formation was disturbed.

Colleagues from the popular science project Kurzgesagt have released a wonderful video clip about whether the electromagnetic radiation produced by our phones, computers and household appliances is harmful. Zozhnik translated this interesting data for you.

Electricity surrounds us everywhere: it makes our life more convenient, safer, more fun. And we don’t even think about whether the electromagnetic waves studied by all the devices around us (for example, a smartphone) can be harmful to health. Can they slowly kill us?

First of all, let's remember what electricity is - it is a form of energy due to the movement of a stream of charged electrons. This movement creates electrical and magnetic field , whose action extends in space. In principle, this phenomenon can be called "electromagnetic radiation" or radiation.

The word "radiation" (especially after the recent movie "Chernobyl") makes people nervous. But radiation is in general ionizing radiation. How a heating radiator radiates heat in the form of “infrared radiation” (although formally infrared radiation does not belong to radiation, but the principle is the same).

Most of the various radiations are harmless, but some types can be the opposite - very dangerous. For example, radiation (radiation) with very short waves, like in x-rays, gamma rays are so strong that they can “knock out” electrons from elementary particles, which can cause unpleasant consequences, such as destruction of body cells or genetic mutation.

This is what people usually think of when they hear the word "radiation".

However, there is a huge spectrum of radiation with longer wavelengths from the light we see, to infrared radiation, the radiation of microwaves "microwave" and radio waves. All these types of radiation are produced by man-made technologies: mobile phones, Wi-Fi routers, electric wires, household electrical utensils.

This "radiation" does not destroy the molecules in our body.

Some types of radiation are useful for cooking dinner, for example, waves in a microwave make water molecules in food move and this heats it up. This happens regularly to our bodies as well. For example, the pleasant warmth that we feel on our skin in the sun is electromagnetic infrared radiation from the sun penetrating our body.

Since the beginning of time, people, their ancestors, have been constantly surrounded by natural and usually harmless electromagnetic radiation - from the sun, the Earth, from thunderclouds.

However, with the onset of the industrial revolution, we have added many more sources of radiation into our lives. How harmless is it?

One of the first studies that attracted public attention was conducted in 1979, when scientists found a connection between more high level leukemia in those who live near power lines. However, this study was criticized because the connection between these phenomena could not be explained in any way.

However, the idea of the dangers of electromagnetic radiation has taken hold and thousands of studies have followed, the very fact of which suggests that the topic is very scary for people.

By the way, many people claim to be sensitive to radiation from smartphones and electrical appliances. They complain of radiation symptoms such as headache, nausea, skin reactions, burning eyes, or feeling tired.

Some studies have found much more troubling results: the link between the part of the brain where the mobile phone is most often used and the statistics of brain tumors.

The question that science is trying to answer is not so much whether there are dangerous consequences from exposure. Yes, radiation x-rays cell DNA can be damaged, and radio waves are safe. The question is rather Are electromagnetic waves harmful in the long run for some reason not yet fully understood?

The question was not as simple as it seems. There are thousands of studies, articles, recommendations.

In addition, the media (and sometimes academics) often choose data to support their own opinions or to make the biggest statement possible.

For example, in a recent study last year (here is the official press release about its results, and here is the full text of the study) they looked for a link between radiation from a smartphone and cancer in mice. The results were supposed to show a connection between these phenomena. But for some reason the connection was found only in male rats and is not found at all in mice and special female rats. However, this study was presented as proving a link between smartphone use and cancer. However, there are both negative and positive findings in this study.

To date, WHO officially classifies radio waves as "potentially carcinogenic" (possibly carcinogenic). In reality, this wording means that it can potentially cause cancer, but so far it has not been proven and we will be closely monitoring this issue.

WHO classification of carcinogenicity includes 5 groups:

Group 1. Carcinogenic to humans. It has been scientifically proven that these substances cause cancer. For example: plutonium, asbestos, smoking.

Group 2A. Possibly carcinogenic(Probably carcinogenic). This group now includes, for example: red meat, acrylamide.

Group 2B. Potentially carcinogenic(Possibly carcinogenic). WHO includes, for example, electromagnetic waves, chloroform, and lead in this group.

Group 3. Not classified as carcinogenic to humans. For example, tea, coffee.

Group 4. Possibly non-carcinogenic. For example, caprolactam.

Looking at it, using all the data that we have, there are no proven facts yet that electromagnetic radiation can cause health problems in humans.

There are some statistical hints, but they don't stand up to scrutiny yet. Should I be afraid of radiation from laptops, smartphones, TV? Science has so far answered no.

But what about people who say that electromagnetic radiation harms them? Scientists say they are most likely experiencing the so-called nocebo effect ( more details: in the text about on Zozhnik).

If, for example, a person has a headache and after turning off the laptop it went away, he can see the connection between these phenomena. And once such a suspicion has crept in, the very idea that electromagnetic radiation can cause pain - and can be the true cause of pain. That is, not radiation, but the certainty that it should be so. This is the same as a placebo, only on the contrary - it harms with the power of thought, and does not cure.

At least at the current stage of scientific development, we do not have conclusive evidence that electricity (within the limits of safe use, of course) has any negative effect on people.

But in the attention economy that we live in, things with unproven harms often overshadow the obvious proven harms of other things. Just one example: about 4.2 million premature deaths per year are linked to air pollution.

Nevertheless, science does not stand still and right now there are large-scale studies on the impact of smartphones on people's health. For example, as part of the Cosmos study, there is a long-term study of the relationship between the volume and frequency of telephone conversations and health problems.

But while we wait for the results of long-term studies, if there are many other problems to focus on. For example, instead of worrying about how electromagnetic radiation can affect your health, it's better to worry about how these devices affect your health in a different way.

Electromagnetic field

The human body has its own electromagnetic field, like any organism on earth, thanks to which all the cells of the body work harmoniously. The natural electromagnetic background has always accompanied people. Life on the planet originated under the influence of an abundant electromagnetic background. For thousands of years, this background has not undergone significant changes. The influence of the electromagnetic field on the various functions of a wide variety of living organisms was stable. This applies both to its simplest representatives and to the most highly organized beings.

As humanity “matureds”, the intensity of this background began to increase continuously due to artificial man-made sources: overhead power transmission lines, household electrical appliances, radio relay and cellular communication lines, and so on. Our brain can be compared to a giant organic computer, inside which the most complex bioelectrical processes are constantly taking place. The impact on them of a high-frequency external electromagnetic field cannot pass without consequences.

In search of an answer, we will have to accept the concept that a person has not only a material body, consisting of an unimaginably complex combination of atoms and molecules, but also has one more component - an electromagnetic field. It is the presence of these two components that ensures the connection of a person with the outside world.

Экспериментальные исследования в этом направлении показали, что то у животных, облученных ЭМП, изменяется характер инфекционного процесса - течение инфекционного процесса отягощается. Есть основания считать, что при воздействии ЭМИ нарушаются процессы иммуногенеза, чаще в сторону их угнетения. Этот процесс связывают с возникновением аутоиммунитета. В соответствии с этой концепцией, основу всех аутоиммунных состояний составляет в первую очередь иммунодефицит по тимус-зависимой клеточной популяции лимфоцитов. Влияние ЭМП высоких интенсивностей на иммунную систему организма проявляется в угнетающем эффекте на Т-систему клеточного иммунитета.!}

Effect of electromagnetic radiation on the cardiovascular system:

In the state of human health, the quality of blood plays a paramount role. What is the effect of electromagnetic radiation on the blood? All elements of this life-giving fluid have certain electrical potentials and charges. Electrical and magnetic components that form electromagnetic waves can cause destruction or, conversely, adhesion of erythrocytes, platelets, and cause obstruction of cell membranes. And their action on the hematopoietic organs causes disturbances in the work of the entire hematopoietic system. The reaction of the body to such a pathology is the release of excessive doses of adrenaline. All these processes have a very negative effect on the work of the heart muscle, blood pressure, myocardial conduction and can cause arrhythmia.

If we evaluate the degree of influence of electromagnetic radiation on male and female sexual function, then the sensitivity of the reproductive system of women is much higher to electromagnetic effects than that of men.

Sources of electromagnetic radiation

Influence of electromagnetic radiation of various household appliances, μW / sq. cm (power flux density)

It should not be forgotten that the source of electromagnetic radiation is any object that works on electric current. Therefore, electrical wiring in the house, lamps, electric clocks, heaters and boilers - all this is a source of electromagnetic radiation. All of them have a negative impact on our health. The harm of electromagnetic radiation is equal to the harm of radiation and even more.

Which type of radiation has the highest penetrating power?

What range of electromagnetic radiation is the most dangerous? It's not all that simple. The process of radiation and absorption of energy occurs in the form of certain portions - quanta. The shorter the wavelength, the more energy its quanta have and the more trouble it can do when it enters the human body.

The most "energetic" quanta are in hard X-ray and gamma radiation. All the insidiousness of short-wave radiation is that we do not feel the radiation itself, but only feel the consequences of their harmful effects, which largely depend on the depth of their penetration into human tissues and organs.

What type of radiation has the highest penetrating power? Of course, this is radiation with a minimum wavelength, that is:

X-ray;

And gamma rays.

It is the quanta of these radiations that have the greatest penetrating power and the most dangerous thing is that they ionize atoms. As a result, there is a possibility hereditary mutations even at low radiation doses.

Examples:

router, also known as a router, is a network device that allows you to choose the optimal direction of data transfer from the provider to computers, laptops and smartphones of users without wires. Absence wired connection means the transmission of information by means of electromagnetic radiation. Since routers operate at ultra-high frequencies, the question is completely legitimate - is the radiation from a wifi router harmful?

When exposed to this frequency on the cells of the human body, there is a convergence and friction of the molecules of water, fat and glucose, accompanied by an increase in temperature.

Such frequencies are provided by nature for the exchange of intracellular information between organs and systems of the body. Long-term, external influence on this range from wireless local networks can introduce dysfunction in the process of cell growth and division.

The harm of wifi radiation is exacerbated by the radius and data transfer rate. An excellent illustration of this fact is the enormous speed of transferring a large amount of information when downloading videos, photos and other data. In this case, the transmitting medium is air, and the carrier frequency is this very medium-wave frequency range. And, since our cells are able to transmit and receive energy at different frequencies, the negative impact of the frequency range of the router is quite acceptable.

Do not forget that the radiation power decreases in direct proportion to the increase in the square of the distance to the "culprit" of the radiation.

Telephone. Unlike other household appliances, a mobile phone at the time of operation is located almost close to the brain and eye. Therefore, the negative impact on the human body of cell phone radiation is incomparably greater than the impact of, say, a computer or TV.

The radiation that the mobile tube generates is absorbed by the tissues of the head - the cells of the brain, the retina of the eye and all visual and auditory structures.

How to reduce negative impact electromagnetic radiation

The listed symptomatology testifies to the strongest biological influence of electromagnetic radiation on human health. The danger is aggravated by the fact that we do not feel the effects of these fields and the negative effect accumulates over time.

Note! We do not suggest that you refuse to use electrical appliances, transport and cellular communications. Today it is meaningless and will lead nowhere.

But today there is effective protection against electromagnetic radiation, which helps thousands of people stay healthy. This is especially true for children and pregnant women, on whom EMR produces the most negative impact.

How to protect yourself and your loved ones from electromagnetic fields and radiation? The implementation of the following recommendations will minimize the consequences of the operation of electronic household appliances.

1. Get a special dosimeter.

2. Turn on the microwave oven, computer, cell phone, and so on in turn, and measure the dose recorded by the device.

3. Distribute your sources of radiation so that they are not grouped in one place.

4. Do not place electrical appliances near the dining table and rest areas.

5. Especially carefully check the children's room for sources of radiation, remove electric and radio-controlled toys from it.

6. Check for grounding in the computer socket.

7. The base of the radiotelephone emits 24 hours a day, its range is 10 meters. Do not keep the radiotelephone in the bedroom or on the work table.

8. Do not buy "clones" - fake cell phones.

9. Household electrical appliances should be purchased only in a steel case - it shields the radiation emitted from them.

Our everyday life includes more and more diverse technology, facilitating and decorating our lives. But the effect of electromagnetic radiation on humans is not a myth. Microwave ovens, electric grills, cell phones and some models of electric shavers are champions in terms of the degree of influence on a person. It is almost impossible to refuse these blessings of civilization, but one should always remember the reasonable exploitation of all the technology around us.
