Currently, the question of the education of younger students is being raised more and more often. Children's organization (hereinafter DO) is a special type of children's public associations. DO "Druzhba" is a children's public association created for the correction and development cognitive activity junior schoolchildren, the formation of personal qualities necessary for the adaptation of children in society, which has norms and rules governing its activities, fixed in the Regulations of the Druzhba DO, and a certain structure.

1. The relevance of the creation and existence of a children's association

"WE ARE TOGETHER".

1.1. Recently, the number of offenses among adolescents has increased, the number of children with individual judgments has decreased, many children have lost interest in social self-expression or it manifests itself in an exaggerated form, the number of children with some developmental features has increased. In this regard, we decided to recreate an organized and controlled voluntary children's association for students in grades 1-10 of the Municipal State Special (Correctional) General Educational Institution for students, pupils with handicapped health "Bolshekrutovskaya special (correctional) comprehensive school– boarding school of the VIII type”. The basis for making this decision was the conclusions from conversations with students of different age groups, their parents, as well as a survey of the teaching staff of the school.

1.2. The name of the children's association "WE ARE TOGETHER" and its motto "Not a step back, not a step in place, but only forward and only all together" reflect the need of each child for attention, activity, communication, festivity, give children self-confidence (when everyone together, there is someone to ask for support, someone to rely on); allow you to implement interesting plans. All paraphernalia - the anthem, the emblem, the laws - symbolize that everything is within the power of little men.

1.3. At present, the existence of the children's association "WE ARE TOGETHER" is also conditioned by the fact that there is always a danger of the spread of addictive and deviant behavior in the children's environment, passivity and inability of students to realize themselves in the social sphere. The children's association "WE ARE TOGETHER" conducts its activities in selected areas, extending it to all students of the school through the work of counselor groups.

Main part of the program

The children's association "WE TOGETHER" develops its activities, builds the education of schoolchildren on the basis of democratic principles and prepares children and adolescents for independent life, helps to gain experience in leadership behavior, teaches them to respect other people's opinions and values, working together.

The program is designed for three years. Its participants are school students, members of the children's organization "WE ARE TOGETHER", teachers of additional education, teachers. It is built according to age and psychological features students. School counselors and teachers act as mentors, help in the work of the asset of the children's organization and self-government bodies, contribute to the creation of a favorable microclimate in the team, a situation of success.

Analysis of the development of the children's movement of the district

A children's organization is a special type of public association that plays an important role in solving problems educational work with children and teenagers. It is autonomous and self-governing. The purpose of the organization's activities is to create conditions for the formation of social active positions children and adolescents, which corresponds priority direction State youth policy RF.

The priority activity of the Nadezhda Center is work in the field of developing the children's movement in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), creating conditions for the formation of a civil-patriotic, cultural, spiritual development of the younger generation of the republic, assisting children's public associations in exercising their rights and freedoms. The municipal institution of additional education “Center for additional education “Nadezhda” has been the home base of the youth public organization “Youth of Yakutia” since 2010.
